Abstract:Objective:To explore the influence of blackboard writing and courseware teaching mode on the emergency clinical decision training of Chinese Medicine college students in the course of Science of Emergency of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods:A total of 224 students from Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine in the 2014 and 2015 overseas classes were recruited and randomly divided into the blackboard writing+courseware(blackboard group)and the courseware(courseware group)according to different teaching methods.The scoring rate-setting relevant final exam papers for the assessment were selected for pairing comparison.Results:There was a statistically significant difference in the total score rate between the blackboard group and the courseware group in the grade 2014 and 2015 respectively(all P<0.05).In grade 2014,single-choice,multiple-choice,and short-answer questions,the scores rates between these two groups were statistically different(both P<0.05).Among them,the blackboard group had an advantage in short-answer questions,and the courseware group had a power in objective questions.Conclusion:These two teaching modes have their advantages in the assessment.The courseware teaching is suitable for transmitting a large amount of information,and the blackboard writing is good at training the emergency thinking of TCM undergraduates.We need to use the combination of blackboard writing and courseware teaching method in the classroom teaching of Science of Emergency of Traditional Chinese Medicine to improve the quality of college student Chinese medicine teaching.
