针刺对脑缺血及再灌注家兔脑组织NO及自由基的影响

摘    要:为探讨针刺对脑缺血及再灌注损伤的治疗作用,我们采用不完全性脑缺血再灌注家兔模型,观察脑缺血及再灌注家兔的脑自由基及NO(一氧化氮)、NOS(一氧化氮合成酸)的变化,以及针刺对其产生的影响。实验结果表明,脑缺血及再灌注均可造成脑损伤,NO含量及NOS活性显著降低,FR(自由基)显著升高,以再灌注损伤组变化最为明显,说明针刺能够在抑制自由基产生的情况下,提高NO含量及NOS活性,促进脑神经功能恢复。

Abstract:To explore the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on cerebral ischemia and reperfusion injury,we established rabbit models of incomplete cerebral ischemia and reperfusion injury. The changes of free radical,NO and NOS in brain tissue of rabbits and the influence of acupuncture on them were observed. The results revealed that cerebral ischmia and reperfusion can cause the damage of brain tissue, significantly reduce the contents of NO and NOS and increase FR content.Acupuncture can inhibit the production of free radical,increase NO content and activity of NOS,and promote the recovery of brain nerves.
