| 摘 要： | 目的观察穴位注射治疗糖尿病并发剧烈头痛的效果。方法将患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,分别给予穴位注射和卡马西平治疗。结果治疗组疗效、满意程度与对照组相比差异有统计学意义,且治疗组在副作用方面与对照组相比有明显减少。结论穴位注射治疗糖尿病患者并发剧烈头痛效果明显且副作用少。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effect of point injection in diabetic patient with severe headache. Methods: 63 diabetic patients with severe headache were randomly assigned to the the point injection therapy group and the carbamazepine control therapy group.They were received point injection and carbamazepine respectively.Results: There were some significant differences in the onset time and the level of satisfaction after the treatments in both groups.The side effects of the point injection therapy group was less than those of the carbamazepine control therapy group.Conclusion: The point injection therapy has a significant effect in diabetic patient with severe headache and advantage of less side effects. |
