阳和汤对急性乳腺炎患者血浆C反应蛋白及血沉、血常规的影响

目的观察阳和汤对急性乳腺炎患者血浆炎症因子C反应蛋白及血沉、血常规的影响。方法急性乳腺炎患者70例随机分为中药组和西药组各35例,中药组以阳和汤治疗,西药组以青霉素静滴,疗程7 d;分别于治疗前及治疗7 d后进行血浆C反应蛋白及血沉、血常规检测,并评定疗效。结果治疗后,两组患者C反应蛋白、血沉、白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数均较治疗前明显下降,而中药组C反应蛋白、血沉下降幅度更明显;中药组总有效率明显高于西药组。结论阳和汤治疗急性乳腺炎的临床疗效优于青霉素。

Effects of Yanghe Decoction on C Reactive Protein,Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate and Blood Routine Test in Patients with Acute Mastitis

Objective:To observe the effects of Yanghe Decoction on C reactive protein,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and blood routine test in acute mastitis patients.Methods:70 acute mastitis patients were randomly divided into the TCM group and the western therapy group with 35 cases in each group.The TCM group was used the Yanghe Decoction and the western therapy group was given the penicillium injection.Some indicies were observed and compared before and after treatment including the C reactive protein,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and blood routine test.Results:After treatment,the C reactive protein,the erythrocyte sedimentation rate,the white blood cell count and the neutrophilic granulocyte count were decreased significantly in 2 groups.However,compared with control group,the C reactive protein and the erythrocyte sedimentation rate were significantly decreased.The curative effect of the TCM group was obviously higher than that of the western therapy group.Conclusion:The curative effect of Yanghe Decoction is superior to that of the penicillin on the acute mastitis patients.
