中西医结合治疗特发性肺间质纤维化68例临床观察

目的观察中西医结合治疗特发性肺间质纤维化(IPF)的疗效。方法对确诊为IPF的68例患者,应用自拟方桃莪丹汤为主治疗并随证加减,配合西药对症治疗。结果经1疗程(6个月)治疗,68例中1年生存率为88.24%,3年生存率为58.82%,5年生存率为36.76%;对照组分别为78.13%、37.50%、12.50%。治疗组临床症状和肺肾功能改善情况均较对照组为优。结论本方法疗效优于一般报道的单纯西药治疗结果。

Clinical Observation on 68 Patients with Imperial Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF)Treated with Combined TCM and WM

Object:To observe clinical efficacy of IPF treated with combined TCM and WM.Methods:100 Patients with IPF were divided randomly into treated group (n=68) and controlled group (n=32).The treated group was given Tao 'edan Mixture (chinese medicine),modified accoreding to differentiation,and assisted with western medicines,while the controlled group was only given western medicines Result:After 6 months' treatment,in treated group,survive rate in about one year was 88.24%,survive rate in about three years was 58.82%,survive rate in about five years was 36.76%;and in control group,the survive rate was 78.13%,37.50%and 12.50%.Melioration in treated group of symptom and function of kidney and lung was better than that in controlled group.Conclusion:Effect of treating with combined TCM and WM was better than only with Western Medicine.
