| 摘 要： | 从现代医学对桥本甲状腺炎的认识出发,以传统中医学辨证论治理论为中心,深入探讨了该病在病因、病机、临床表现、转归及预后方面与肝、脾、肾三脏生理功能和病理变化规律的密切关系,提出了桥本甲状腺炎当从肝、脾、肾三脏论治的观点,认为桥本甲状腺炎的治疗应以调肝补脾益肾为基本大法,以期为该病的中医诊治提供新的思路和方法.
