针刺治疗变应性鼻炎特禀质患者的临床疗效观察

目的评价针刺疗法对特禀质变应性鼻炎的治疗效果。方法纳入50例特禀质变应性鼻炎患者进行针刺治疗，每周3次，共治疗10次。分别在针刺前、针刺10次后对相应症状、体征、疗效进行评分。应用SPSSl7．0对数据进行统计学分析，以评价针刺治疗特禀质变应性鼻炎的疗效，并评估病程及生活方式对针刺疗效的影响。结果50例患者中，显效15例（30．O％），有效27例（54．O％），无效8例（16．O％），总有效率为84．O％。病程、高蛋白饮食、高脂饮食、居住环境的差异对针刺疗效有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。经过针刺治疗后，各症状、体征积分均明显下降（P〈0．05）。结论针刺能有效改善特禀质变应性鼻炎患者的症状、体征，其中喷嚏症状改善最佳；临床总疗效与病程、高脂饮食、高蛋白饮食、居住环境相关。

Clinical observation of acupuncture for allergic rhinitis in special-constitution patients

Objective To evaluate the treatment effect of acupuncture for allergic rhinitis in special-constitution patients. Methods Fifty patients of special-constitution allergic rhinitis were recruited and treated with acupuncture, three times per week for totally 10 times. The symptoms, signs and efficacy were evaluated before the treatment and 10 times after acupuncture, respectively. The SPSS 17.0 software was used for statistical analysis to evaluate the efficacy of acupuncture for special-constitution allergic rhinitis, and assess the influence of treatment session and living styles on acupuncture efficacy. Results Among the 50 patients, 15 cases （30. 0% ） were markedly effective, 27 cases （54. 0% ） were effective and 8 cases were failed ; the total effective rate was 84. 0%. The differences of treatment session, high- protein diet, high-fat diet and living condition had statistical significance to the acupuncture efficacy （P 〈 0. 05）. After the acupuncture treatment, the symptoms and sign scores were all significantly reduced （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The acupuncture could effectively improve the symptoms and signs of allergic rhinitis in special-constitution patients, in which sneezing had best efficacy. There is correlation between clinical total efficacy and treatment session, high-protein diet, high-fat diet and living condition.
