摘    要:目的研究霸王鞭Euphorbia royleana内生真菌烟曲霉Aspergillus fumigatus的次生代谢产物。方法运用多种色谱方法对菌株发酵液醋酸乙酯萃取部分进行分离纯化,采用波谱分析方法对化合物的结构进行鉴定。结果从烟曲霉次生代谢产物中分离得到3个化合物,分别鉴定为(R)-2-丙基己基-2H-1,2,3-三唑-4-羧酸酯(1)、decumbenone A(2)和圆弧菌醇(3)。结论化合物1为新化合物,命名为烟曲霉三唑酯A。

Abstract:Objective To study the secondary metabolites of endophytic fungus Aspergillus fumigatus from Euphorbia royleana. Methods The fermentation liquor of the fungal strain A. fumigatus was isolated and purified using various chromatographic methods. The structures of the compounds were identified by spectroscopic analysis. Results Three compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as (R)-2-propylhexyl-2H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carboxylate (1), decumbenone A (2), and (+)-cyclopenol (3). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound isolated from this fungus, which is identified as aspergillus triazolate A.
