| 摘 要： | 介绍复方滴鼻灵质量标准的研究，采用薄层层析法对其中大蒜、桂枝、麻黄等成分进行化学鉴别试验及高效液相色谱法测定大蒜素的含量。方法简便、快速、准确，平均回收率（n＝6）为101．41％，变异系数为1．76％。

| Abstract: | The Quality Standard of Multicomponent Dibiling, a nose drop for nasitis was studied.The presence of garlic, cassia and ephedra were demonstrated by TLC and the amouns of Allicin in the preparation was determined by HPLC. The method is simple, rapid and accurate.Average recoyery (n = 6 ) was 101.41 %and CV%was1.76. |
