摘    要:建立了一套超临界流体萃取小试、中试装置,实现了银杏叶有效成分的分离,并分别探讨了压力、流体比、温度、时间、原料粒度、CO2流量等因素对萃取得率和质量的影响。

Abstract:A laboratory--pilot plant scale second supercritical fluid extraction (SCFE) equipment was installed and used to optimize the SCFE conditions for the effective extraction of active components from leaves of Ginkgo biloba L.. Effects of six variables (pressure, temperature, extracting time, fluids ratio, CO_(2) ratio, and size of powdered leaves) on the yield and quality of product were studied. As a result, a lightyellow product containing 28% flavonol glycosides and 7. 2% terpene lactones were obtained.
