野葛藤的化学成分研究

目的研究野葛Pueraria lobata藤茎中的化学成分。方法采用正相硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、制备薄层、重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,通过理化性质及波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果分离了11个化合物,分别鉴定为去氢催吐萝芙醇(dehydrovomifoliol,1)、布卢竹柏醇(blumenol,2)、3β-羟基-5α,6α-环氧-7-大柱香波龙烯-9-酮(3β-hydroxy-5α,6α-epoxy-7-megastigmen-9-one,3)、甘草素(4)、鹰嘴豆醇(garbanzol,5)、阿魏酸(6)、2,4-二羟基苯甲醛(7)、4-羟基-2-甲氧基苯甲醛(8)、(?)-块茎葛素(?)-tuberosin,9]、香豆雌酚(coumestrol,10)、β-谷甾醇(11)。结论化合物1～3为倍半萜类化合物,为首次从葛属植物中分离得到;化合物4～8为首次从葛属植物中发现。

Chemical constituents in cane of Pueraria lobata

Objective To study the chemical constituents from the cane ofPueraria lobata. Methods The Compounds were isolated by column chromatography over silica gel and purified by Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and preparative TLC. The structures were elucidated by means of physicochemical properties and spectroscopic analyses. Results Eleven Compounds were separated and identified as:dehydrovomifoliol (1), blumenol A (2), 3p-hydroxy-Sa,6a-epoxy-7-megastigmen-9-one (3), liquiritigenin (4), garbanzol (5), ferulaldehyde (6), 2,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde (7), 4-hydroxy-2-ethoxybenzaldehyde (8),tuberosin (9), coumestrol (10), andp-sitosterol (11). Conclusion Compounds 1-3 are sesquiterpenoids, which are firstly isolated from the plants of Pueraria DC., and Compounds 4-8 are obtained from the plants of Pueraria DC. for the first time.
