干旱胁迫对甘草种子吸胀萌发的影响

摘    要:目的研究干旱胁迫对甘草Glycyrrhiza uralensis种子吸胀萌发的影响及其抗旱性。方法以甘草种子为试验材料,采用PEG-6000模拟干旱条件,测定种子吸胀速率、发芽率、种苗生长情况、组织相对含水量、相对电导率、SOD酶活性等指标。结果随着胁迫程度的加剧,甘草种子吸胀速率、发芽率、种苗生长、SOD酶活性等指标均表现出先升后降的趋势,而组织相对含水量与相对电导率呈下降趋势。结论甘草种子在适当的干旱胁迫下不但可以提高种子发芽率,而且可以提高甘草幼苗的抗旱性。

Abstract:Object To study the influence of drought stress on imbibition germination of Glycyrrhiza uralensis seed and the drought resistance of its seedling. Methods To measure the imbibition rate, germination rate, seedling growth, relative tissue moisture content, relative electrical conductivity, SOD enzyme activity under drought stress simulated by PEG-6000. Results The imbibition rate, germination rate, SOD enzyme activity, and seedling growth present rising tendency then following by the decrease, while the relative tissue moisture content and the relative electrical conductivity tend to decrease. Conclusion The appropriate drought stress increases both the G. uralensis seed germination rate and the seedling drought resistance.
