川芎嗪和丹参对小鼠Lewis肺癌生长的抑制作用与抑制血管生成的关系

摘    要:目的 观察川芎嗪注射液 (TMP)、丹参注射液对小鼠 L ewis肺癌生长和转移及肿瘤血管生成的影响。方法 用 C57BL小鼠 L ewis肺癌模型 ,分别 ip TMP 5 0 ,10 0 ,2 0 0 mg/(kg· d) ,丹参注射液 5 ,10 ,2 0 g/(kg· d) ,共2 1d,检测小鼠 L ewis肺癌移植瘤体积、质量、肺转移灶数、肿瘤微血管密度 (MVD)和血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)的表达。结果 与模型组相比 ,TMP组小鼠 L ewis肺癌移植瘤的体积、质量、肺转移灶数、肿瘤 MVD和 VEGF的表达均显著降低 ;丹参组与模型组比较差异无显著性。结论  TMP可抑制小鼠 L ewis肺癌移植瘤的生长和转移 ,其作用机制与抑制 VEGF的表达、抑制血管生成有关。丹参对小鼠 L ewis肺癌移植瘤的生长和转移无明显影响。

Abstract:Object To investigate the effects of tetramethylpyrazine(TMP) and Danshen (DS)on the growth and metastasis of Lewis lung carcinoma and tum or angiogenesis. Methods C57BL mice with Lew is lung carcinoma were used in this study, which were in jected respectively with TMP in jection 50,100,and 200 mg/(kg·d) and DS in jection 5,10, and 20 g/(kg·d),ip,for 21days. Then the volume, weight,and numbers of the metastatic focion lungs, tumor microvessel density (MVD) were determined, the ex-lung carcinoma w as ob served. Results TMP could remarkably reduce the volume, weight, and numbers of themetastatic foci, MVD, and the ex-pression of VEGF of Lewis lung carcinoma. But DS did not show remarkably effect on Lewis lung carcinoma.Conclusion TMP can remarkably inhibit the growth and metastasis of Lewis lung carcinoma on mice, and its mechanism might be relative to inhibiting the expression of VEGF and angiogenesis. DS in-jection has no remarkably effect on Lewis lung carcinoma.
