通关藤的化学成分

摘    要:目的 研究了通关藤Marsdenia tenacissima的化学成分.方法 利用正、反相硅胶柱色谱分离提纯,经理化常数测定,结合MS、1R、UV、~1H-NMR、~(13)C-NMR等现代波谱学技术确定了其结构.结果 从通关藤水提取物中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为美国商陆脑苷(poke-weed cerebroside,I)、β-D-黄夹吡喃糖苷-(1→4)-β-D-磁麻吡喃糖甲苷(Ⅱ)、11α、12β-丙酮缩二羟基通关藤苷元B(Ⅲ)、牛奶菜醇A(IV)、1-(4-羟基-3-甲氧基-苯基)-2-{2-甲氧基-4--1-(E)-丙烯-3-醇]-苯氧基}-丙烷-1,3-二醇(赤式)(V)、半乳糖醇(VI)、东莨菪素(Ⅶ)、直立牛奶菜双糖(marsectobiose,Ⅷ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅸ)、丁二酸(X).结论 化合物I、V是首次从该属植物中分离得到;化合物Ⅱ、Ⅵ~Ⅷ、X为首次从该植物中分离得到.

Abstract:Objective To study the chemical constituents in the stems of Marsdenia tenacissima. Methods Ten compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20. The chemical structures of the compounds were elucidated by their physicochemical properties and spectral data, such as MS, IR, UV, ~1H-NMR, and ~(13)C-NMR. Results The compounds were obtained from the water extract of the plant. They were poke-weed cerebroside ( I ), methyl β-D-theveropyranosyl-(l→4)-β-D-cymaropyranoside (Ⅱ), 11α, 12β-acetonide-tenacigenin B (Ⅲ), conduritol A (Ⅳ), l-(4-hy-droxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-2-{ 2-methoxy-4-l-(E)-propen-3-ol]-phenoxy}-propan-l, 3-diol ( V ), D-galacti-tol (Ⅵ), scopoletin (Ⅶ), marsectobiose (Ⅷ), daucosterol (Ⅸ), and amber acid (X). Conclusion Compounds I and V are isolated from the plants of Marsdenia R. Br. for the first time; Compounds Ⅱ, Ⅵ-Ⅶ, and X are isolated from the title plant for the first time.
