| 摘 要： | 目的 用RAPD技术对红景天属(Rhodiola L．)的大花红景天R．crenulata、长鞭红景天R．fastigiata、狭叶红景天R．kirilowii和高山红景天R．sachalinensis 4种药用植物进行分子水平鉴定。方法 CATB法提取红景天属原植物总DNA，以200条随机引物进行随机扩增。结果 用OPA4(AATCGGGCTG)、OPB7(GGTGACGCAG)、OPB18(CCACAGCAGT)、OPX14(ACAGGTGCTG)和OPZ13(GACTAAGCCC)作随机扩增引物进行随机扩增时，可得到识别这些物种基因组DNA的多态片段。结论 RAPD法能有效地鉴别红景天类药材，把大花红景天、长鞭红景天、狭叶红景天和高山红景天区分开。

| Abstract: | Object To identify the crude drugs of Rhodiola L., including R. crenulata, R. fastigiata R. kirilowii, and R. saccharinensis by RAPD. Methods General DNA was isolated from fresh leaves of the four species in Rhodiola L. by CTAB and the random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) was used to identify them. Results The polymorphic fragment of DNA fingerprints of different species was compared by primers OPA4(AATCGGGCTG), OPB7(GGTGACGCAG), OPB18, OPX14(ACAGG-TGCTG), and OPZ13(GACTAAGCCC). The studies showed that they have different relationships in heredity and the method of RAPD can be used to identify them easily. Conclusion The raw medicinal matericals Rhodiola L. can be identified by RAPD, and the above-mentioned four species are distingushed. |
