摘    要:用超临界CO2萃取技术对植物黄花蒿进行进取研究,考察了萃取压力,温度及时间对青蒿素收率的影响。萃取产物经简单的分析后得到纯度≥95%青蒿素产品,经TLC、IR、MS^HNMR和^13CNMR分析确认。

Abstract:Artemisia annua L. was extracted with supercritical CO_2 at different pressure, temperature and contact time to optimize the yield of artemisinin (QHS), which may achieve a yield well over 95% based on the content of QHS in the raw material A. annua L. The CO_2 extract can be simply purified with other separation method to obtain a final product with a purity over 99%. The authenticity of the product was verified by TLC, IR, MS, IHNMR and ~(13)CNMR.
