浙江省天南星族药用植物叶的显微特征

目的：为天南星族药用植物的分类和鉴定提供依据。方法：采用常规方法对浙江省天南星族药用植物11种6变种1变型共45个样品叶的表面和横切面进行显做观察及其特征比较。结果：这些植物叶的上下表皮细胞的形状、大小，栅表比，气孔的类型、分布、气孔指数，叶肉组织中草酸钙结晶体的形状、大小、分布以及针晶囊细胞的形状等特征有较明显的种间区别，且较稳定。文中以表形式描述了这些值物叶的显微特征，并列出显微特征检索表。结论：叶的显微特征具有重要的分类学意义：(1)有利于此类植物种类的鉴别；(2)对此族植物分属有重要意义；(3)为此族某些类群植物的合理分类提供了十分有价值的依据。

Microscopical Characters of Leaves of Medicinal Plants from Tribe Areae in Zhejiang Province

Microscopic studies on the structural feature of th e leaf of plants in tribe Areae found in Zhejiang Province were carried out for t he purpose to provide valuable informations for the classification and identific ation of medicinal plants of tribe Areae currently used as ther apeutic remedies . Leaves of 45 samples from 11 species, 6 varieties and 1 form of the tribe Areae found in Zhejiang were examined under light microscope, and their microscopic characteristics, such as shape and size of epidermal cell; palisade ratio; locat ion and type of stoma; stomatal index; shape, size and location of calcium oxala te crystals and shape of raphide sac cell in mesophyll were compared. The micro sc opic characters of the plants under study were found to vary greatly between spe cies, but were generally similar among the same species. The most outstanding m icroscopic characters that may differentiate one species from the other were car efully examined, compared, and tabulated for reference. The diagnostic features found were considered to be of value for taxonomy in the following aspects: (1) These features can be used to distinguished among species in tribe Areae (2) T he state of characters, for instance, calcium oxalate druse and stoma, are of gr e at value for the division of subtribes or genera in tribe Areae. (3) Th ey are helpful for the reasonable taxonomy of some taxa in tribe Areae
