摘    要:目的研究蜘蛛香Valeriana jatamansi根的化学成分。方法药材采用乙醇渗漉提取,利用ODS反相柱、硅胶柱、Sephadex LH-20等色谱技术进行提取分离,根据波谱分析鉴定化合物结构。结果从蜘蛛香根75%乙醇提取物中分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为prinsepoil(1)、8-羟基松脂醇(2)、松脂醇(3)、2,5-methanocyclopenta-1,3-dioxin-7-ol(4)、松柏醛(5)、vibutinal(6)、缬草醛(7)、11-ethoxyviburtinal(8)、5-羟甲基糠醛(9)、松脂素-4′-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(10)、(7S,8R)-dehydroconiferyl alcohol-8,5′-dehydroconiferyl aldehyde-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(11)、厚朴酚(12)、胡萝卜苷(13)。结论化合物11、12为首次从败酱科植物中分离得到,5、6为首次从缬草属植物中分离得到,9、10为首次从该植物中分离得到。
