| 摘 要： | 目的 研究黄芩苷在不同条件下的稳定性。方法 采用经典恒温法考察黄芩苷在不同的PH值水溶液、甲醇、乙醇和氯仿以及小鼠肺匀浆、小鼠肝匀浆、小鼠血浆和小牛血清中的稳定性。结果 黄芩苷在酸性环境中稳定，在碱性环境中不稳定，在上述有机溶剂中稳定，而在上述生物样品中不稳定。结论 黄芩苷在不同条件下稳定性不同，在实际应用中应加以考虑。

baicalin in different media was different,which should be considered in practice. |
