| 摘 要： | 目的研究丹参药材中的丹参酮ⅡA受热含量降低的变化规律.方法采用化学动力学法,并采用HPLC法测定丹参在70℃,80℃,90
℃,100 ℃四个温度加热不同时间丹参酮ⅡA含量.结果丹参酮ⅡA的含量(lgC)与加热时间(t)呈直线关系,K7.℃=2.378
9×10-3h-1,K80℃=7.217 6×10-3h-1,K90℃=2.060 49×10-2h-1,K100℃=5.628 5×10-2h-1.结论丹参酮ⅡA的分解属一级反应,lgK=14.386
4-5 834.316 7/T,t25℃0.9=1.9年.
