北葶苈子化学成分研究

摘    要:目的研究北葶苈子Lepidium apetalum的化学成分。方法采用硅胶,聚酰胺、反相硅胶C18和Sepha-dex LH-20柱色谱对北葶苈子75%乙醇提取物进行了分离纯化。用质谱、一维及二维核磁等波谱学方法确定了化合物结构。结果从北葶苈子中分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为槲皮素-3-O-β-D-2-O-(6-O-芥子酰基)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基]-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1)、异鼠李素-3-O-β-D-2-O-(6-O-芥子酰基)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基]-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、槲皮素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4)、异鼠李素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)、异鼠李素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6)、山柰酚-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(7)、槲皮素(8)、β-谷甾醇(9)、胡萝卜苷(10)、蔗糖(11)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该种植物中分离得到。其中化合物1为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物2为首次从十字花科植物中分离得到。

Abstract:Objective To isolate the chemical constituents from the seeds of Lepidium apetalum and identify their structures. Methods The powdered seeds of L. apetalum were extracted with 70% ethanol and purified by polyamide, silica gel, RP-C_(18) and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. Chemical structures were identified by MS, ID, and 2D NMR experiments. Results Eleven compounds were isolated from the seeds of L. apetalum, they are quercetin-3-0-2-0-(6-0-E-sinapoyl)-β-D-glucopymosyl3-β-D-glucopyranoside (1) ,isorhamnetin-3-0- 2-O-( 6-O-E-sinapoyl )-β-D-glucopymosyl ]-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), quercetin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (3), quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (4), isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (5), isorhamnetin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (6), kaempferol-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (7), quercetin (8), β-sitpsterol (9), daucosterol (10), and sucrose (11). Conclusion All these compounds are isolated from the seeds of L. apetalum firstly. Compounds 1 and 2 are isolated from the plants of Lepidium L. and Cruciferae plants for the first time, respectively.
