正交设计在何首乌组织培养中的应用

摘    要:用正交设计法考察了4种激素对何首乌嫩茎,叶诱导愈伤组织产生的影响。方差分析结果显示:2,4-D、IBA作用极显著,6-BA作用显著,NAA作用不显著,它们作用大小依次为:2,4-D〉IBA〉6-BA〉NAA,诱导何首乌愈伤组织产生的最佳激素配比为:MS+2,4-D1mg/L+6-BA1+IBA0.5。

Abstract:Effects of 2, 4-D, 6-BA, NAA and IBA on calli inducement of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. were studied by L_9(3~4) orthogonal design. The experimental results showed that the actions of 2,4D and IBA were extremely remarkable, that of 6-BA was remarkable, while NAA was least effective. The order of their efficiencies was 2, 4-D>IBA > 6-BA> NAA. The best medium for calli inducement was MS 2,4-D, 1 mg/L 6-BA, 1 mg/L IBA, 0.5 mg/L.
