槲皮素对阿尔茨海默病大鼠学习记忆影响及与海马细胞凋亡关系的研究

目的 观察槲皮素(Que)对阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s desease，AD)模型大鼠学习记忆影响并探讨其与海马细胞凋亡的关系。方法 用立体定位技术对海马CA1区微量注射喹啉酸(QA)造成AD模型；Y形迷宫检测大鼠学习记忆水平；电子显微镜、流式细胞仪检测海马细胞凋亡。结果 Que可明显提高QA所致痴呆大鼠学习记忆水平，显著降低海马细胞凋亡率。结论 Que对AD大鼠的保护作用与降低海马细胞凋亡率有关。

Study on relationship between effects of quercetin on learning and memory in Alzheimer's disease rats and apoptosis of hippocampus cells

Object To observe the relationship between effects of quercetin (Que) on learning and memory in Alzheimer's disease (AD) rats and apoptosis of the hippocampus cells. Methods The AD pathological model was made by hippocampal CA 1 lesions due to stereotaxic mini injection of quinolinic acid (QA), the rat's learning and memory were observed by Y maze; the apoptosis of hippocampal cells were detected by using flow cytometry and electronic microscope. Results Que was shown to improve learning and memory deficiency in rats with bilateral hippocampal lesions induced by QA, to decrease apoptosis rate in hippocampal cells significantly. Conclusion These results suggested that Que for the protective effects of AD rats may be related to its ability to decrease apoptosis rate of hippocampal cells.
