| 摘 要： | 目的研究药用昆虫喙尾琵琶甲Blaps rynchopetera的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、Sephadex LH20凝胶、反相ODS及D101色谱分离纯化,通过核磁共振及质谱确定化合物结构。结果从喙尾琵琶甲提取物的正丁醇萃取部位分离得到10个环二肽类化合物,分别鉴定为环(亮氨酸-脯氨酸)(1)、环(缬氨酸-脯氨酸)(2)、环(异亮氨酸-脯氨酸)(3)、环(丝氨酸-脯氨酸)(4)、环(酪氨酸-脯氨酸)(5)、环(缬氨酸-异亮氨酸)(6)、环(缬氨酸-亮氨酸)(7)、环(缬氨酸-酪氨酸)(8)、环(异亮氨酸-酪氨酸)(9)、环(苯丙氨酸-酪氨酸)(10)。结论 10个化合物均为首次从该药用昆虫中分离得到。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of Blaps rynchopetera. Methods Compounds were isolated and purified on silica gel, Sephadex LH20, ODS, and D101 column chromtography. The structures were elucidated on the basis of NMR spectral data and HR-ESI-MS. Results Ten cyclodipeptides were isolated from the n-butyl extract fraction of B. rynchopetera, and their structures were determined as cyclo (Leu-Pro) (1), cyclo (Val-Pro) (2), cyclo (Ile-Pro) (3), cyclo(Ser-Pro) (4), cyclo (Tyr-Pro) (5), cyclo (Val-Ile) (6), cyclo (Val-Leu) (7), cyclo (Val-Tyr) (8), cyclo (Ile-Tyr) (9), and cyclo (Phe-Tyr) (10). Conclusion All the 10 compounds are isolated from B. rynchopetera for the first time. |
