| 摘 要： | 目的：为探讨中分子物质对大脑皮层神经原细胞的损伤作用，以及大黄素、川芎嗪对抗中分子物质面是保护大脑皮层神经原细胞的作用机制。方法以妊娠３０余周合法流产的人胚大脑皮层神经原细菌为模型，以中分子物质为损伤因素，用大黄素、川芎嗪保护此细胞。结果大黄素对中分子物质损伤体外培养的胚大脑皮层神经原细胞有保护作用，而嗪无此作用，结论，大黄素保护大脑皮层神经原细胞的机制可能与破坏中分子物质活性有关，可推大黄治疗尿毒症脑病的机制与大黄素密切相关，而川芎嗪防治尿毒症可能通过其它途径实现，与中分子物质无直接关系。
