摘    要:目的建立同时测定桂枝汤中多个有效成分的系统内标方法(SIS)。方法以桂枝汤中芍药苷为内标,测定芍药苷与甘草苷、肉桂酸、桂皮醛和甘草酸之间的相对校正因子,利用该相对校正因子计算甘草苷、肉桂酸、桂皮醛和甘草酸,并与外标一点法(ACV)测定结果进行比较,以验证方法的准确性和可行性。结果ACV与SIS测定5批桂枝汤中的5种成分的结果无显著差异(P0.05),可以准确测定桂枝汤中5种成分。结论SIS方法既能同时测定中药中多个成分的量,又能简化实验操作,有望成为适合中药特点的多指标质量评价新模式。
