清肺化痰颗粒治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期痰热郁肺证临床观察

目的:观察中药清肺化痰颗粒治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期痰热郁肺证的疗效及对肺功能、C-反应蛋白的影响。方法:将入选病例100例随机分为治疗组与对照组各50例。对照组给予基础治疗;治疗组在基础治疗的基础上加用口服清肺化痰颗粒(免煎中药颗粒),每日1剂,以200ml开水冲后分2次温服。疗程均为14天。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后肺功能指标第一秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、第一秒用力呼气量占用力肺活量百分率(FEV1%)均明显提高,C-反应蛋白明显降低,与对照组治疗后比较均有显著差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:清肺化痰颗粒治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期痰热郁肺证有较好疗效。

Clinical Observation on Qingfei Huatan Granula in Treating Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) due to Phlegm- heat Obstructing Lung

Objective:To observe the curative effects of Qingfei Huatan Granula in treating acute exacerbation of COPD and its effects on pulmonary function and C-reactive protein.Methods:100 enrolled cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 50 in each.Aside from receiving basic treatment as the control group did,the treatment group was also given Qingfei Huatan Granula,with one package once,3 times daily for a course of 14 days.Results:The treatment group attained better curative effects(P<0.05).After treatment,the pulmonary function indices,including FEV1、FEC and FEV1%,increased significantly in the treatment group while C-reactive protein decreased remarkably.A comparison of the two groups showed significant differences regarding the pulmonary function indices(P<0.05)and C-reactive protein(P<0.01).Conclusions:In treating acute exacerbation of COPD due to phlegm-heat obstructing lung,better curative effects can be achieved with Qingfei Huatan Granula.
