电刺激兔耳胃区对家兔胃电的影响

摘    要:采用胃窦前壁浆膜下插入不锈钢针型电极引导胃电,观察电刺激兔耳胃区对家兔胃电活动的影响。结果表明,电刺激兔耳胃区10分钟前、后及停止刺激10分钟后的胃电振幅幅值变化较大,并出现兴奋和抑制的双相效应,有非常显著的统计学意义(P<0.01);但对频率的影响不大。电刺激兔耳非胃区前、后的胃电振幅和频率无明显变化(P>0.6~0.8)。实验结果进一步证实耳穴的相对特导性是存在的,电刺激兔耳胃区对胃电活动具有双相调整作用及后作用,耳穴与内脏器官有着密切的联系。

Abstract:Effects of electro-stimulation to the auricular stomach acupoint on gastro electric activity (GEA) of rabbits were described in this paper. The GEA was resulted from stainless steel needle electrode implanted in auris of rabbits. The results were as follows: 1 After 10-minutes stimulation, auricular to the stomach acupoint the amplitude of GEA were excitatory or inhibitory, their differences were significant (p<0.05~0.01), but the frequency of GEA did not significantly change. 2 After 10-minute electro stimulation to the contrast point, the amplitude and frequency of GEA did not change (P>0.6~0.8). 3 The above experiment has showed that effects of GEA are modulatory in bipolar ways after the electro stimulation to the auricular stomach acupoint 4 The experimental observation has showed the close relationship between auricular acupoints and organs.
