中药内服并中药保留灌肠治疗子宫内膜异位症疗效观察

目的:观察加用中药保留灌肠治疗轻、中度子宫内膜异位症的治疗效果。方法:符合诊断的200例病例,随机分为2组,治疗组100例给予内异1号方内服并5号方灌肠治疗,对照组100例给予内异1号方内服治疗,2组疗程均为3个月。结果:治疗组痊愈38例,显效36例,有效21例,无效5例;对照组痊愈23例,显效30例,有效34例,无效13例。治疗组疗效较优(P<0·01),且在控制症状、缩小盆腔包块方面疗效明显。结论:采用中药内服并保留灌肠的方法治疗轻、中度子宫内膜异位症,较单予中药内服能提高治疗效果。

Observation on Curative Effects of Oral Administration and Retention Enema with Chinese Medicine in Treating Endometriosis

Objective: To observe the curative effects of oral administration and retention enema with Chinese medicine in treating the mild and moderate types of endometriosis. Methods: 200 endometriosis cases were randomly divided into the treatment group (100 cases) and the control group (100 cases). During a 3-month's course of treatment, both groups were given Endometriosis NO.1 Formula for oral administration, except that the treatment group was added with Endometriosis NO.5 Formula for retention enema. Results: In the treatment group, the cure rate reached 38%, the marked effective rate 36%, the effective rate 21% and the noneffective rate 5%; while in the control group, the cure rate reached 23%, the marked effective rate 30%, the effective rate 34% and the noneffective rate 13%. The treatment group indicated better curative effects (P<0.01). In addition, it showed more desirable results with respect to symptoms controlling and pelvic mass contracting. Conclusions: In treating the mild and moderate types of endometriosis, better curative effects can be achieved, when Chinese medicine is not only administered orally but rectally.
