系列抗复感合剂防治小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床研究

目的：观察系列抗复感合剂对小儿反复呼吸道感染辨证治疗的疗效。方法：选择１８０例患者随机分为３组。中医辨证治疗组９０例，根据辨证肺脾气虚型用抗复感合剂１号，肺脾阴虚型用抗复感合剂２号，脾虚肝旺型用抗复感合剂３号；对照组４５例用玉屏风颗粒冲剂治疗；空白组４５例不用药物治疗。结果：中医辨证治疗组治疗后血清ＩｇＧ较治疗前明显提高（Ｐ＜００５），血Ｔ细胞亚群ＣＤ＋４较治疗前明显提高，ＣＤ＋８较治疗前明显降低，ＣＤ＋４／ＣＤ＋８比值提高（Ｐ＜００５），临床症状、体征减分率明显高于对照组和空白组（Ｐ＜００５）；３组经治疗或观察后临床治愈及显效率比较，中医辨证治疗组优于对照组，对照组优于空白组（Ｐ＜００５）。结论：系列抗复感合剂辨证治疗可有效改善反复呼吸道感染患儿的体虚状态，提高机体免疫机能

Clinical Research on Kang Fu Gan (KFG) Mixture Series in Treating Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effects of KFG Mixture series in treating recurrent respiratory tract infection (RRTI). Methods: One hundred and eighty patients of the dissase were devided into 3 groups randomly. The 90 cases of the treating group were treated according to the differentiation of symptoms. The patients of insufficiency of the Lung and spleen-Qi were treated with KFG Mixture series I and the ones of deficiency of lung and spleen-Yin with KFG Mixture series Ⅱ, while patients of insufficiency of the spleen and hyperactivity of liver-fire with KFG Mixture series Ⅲ. The 45 cases of the control group were treated with Yu Ping Feng. Another 45 cases of the blank group were not treated with any medicine. Results: After the therapy according to differentiation of the symptoms, the serum IgG of the patients of the treating group was raised markedly (P<0 05) and the blood T cell subpopulation CD + 4 was raised markedly while CD + 8 dropped greatly. The ratio of CD + 4/CD + 8 was raised (P<0 05). The ratio of reducing the integral of the symptoms and physical sign was much higher than those of the control group and blank group, Comparing the therapeut ic effects of the three groups, after treatment, the response rate and marked respones rate of the treating group were much higher than those of the control group and blank group (P<0 05). Conclusion: KFG Mixture serise can improve the debility of RRTI of Child and raises the immunologic function of the body.
