| 摘 要： | 脑卒中后抑郁（Post-stroke Depression,PSD）是一种情志疾病,本病的发病机制不明确从而制约了其治疗,PSD的发病与经络密切相关,但对其研究较少。本研究创新性地从经络学角度探讨PSD的发病机制,提出PSD的发病与多条经脉相关,尤其是足厥阴肝经,为PSD机制的揭示奠定了经络学基础,为本病的防治提供了新的思路和方法。

| Abstract: | Post stroke depression is a category of emotional disease. But the treatment of this disease confronts restriction, owing to its unclear pathogenesis. The etiology of PSD closely pertains to meridians and collaterals, but insufficient studies have been conducted on this aspect. This paper innovatively discusses the pathogenesis of PSD from the perspective of meridians and collaterals, and indicates the relationship between the disease of PSD and multiple meridians, especially liver meridian of foot jueyin, with the hope of laying the groundwork of meridian science for revealing the pathogenesis of PSD, as well as providing new ideas and methods for the prevention and treatment of this disease. |
