针刺加叩刺联合耳针治疗肝郁脾虚型肥胖并发高脂血症患者疗效分析

目的：探讨针刺加叩刺联合耳针治疗肥胖并发高脂血症肝郁脾虚型患者的临床疗效，并分析影响疗效的因素。方法：纳入171例肥胖并发高脂血症肝郁脾虚型患者，均采用针刺加叩刺联合耳针施治，隔日一次，治疗3个月，观察治疗前后患者的肥胖指标：体质量、肥胖度、体质指数（BMI）和体脂百分率（F%），脂质指标：总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL-C）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL-C）以及总体疗效。结果：①治疗后患者肥胖指标及脂质指标均较治疗前改善（P<0.01），总体有效率达90.1%；②总体疗效与患者的年龄以及肥胖度呈相关关系（P<0.05或P<0.01），年龄越小，肥胖度越轻，疗效越好，其中，轻度肥胖度的患者疗效最佳（有效率达98.1%）。患者不同的证候特点、性别、病程、病因诱因等因素对疗效均无影响。结论：针刺加叩刺联合耳针具有减肥降脂双重作用，对肥胖并发高脂血症肝郁脾虚型患者的疗效显著，适用范围广泛，值得临床推广应用。

Effect Analysis of Acupuncture Combined with Tapping and Auricular Acupuncture Treatment for Obesity Complicated with Hyperlipidemia Patients with Liver Qi Stagnation and Spleen Deficiency Type

The study aimed to observe the clinical effects of acupuncture combined with tapping and auricular acupuncture treatment for obesity complicated with hyperlipidemia patients with liver qi stagnation and spleen deficiency type,and carry out factors which influence therapeutic effect.A total of 171 patients in accordance with the diagnostic criteria received the treatment every other day.Obesity indexes such as body mass,obesity degree(A),body mass index(BMI),body fat percentage(F%),and blood lipid levels such as total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were detected before and after three-month treatment.The results showed that after treatment,patients all obtained promising curative effects in losing weight and decreasing serum lipid level significantly (P<0.01).The total effective rate was 90.1%.There was significant correlation between age and overall effect,that was,the younger the age,the better the effect;and correlation between obesity degree and curative effect,the less the obesity degree, the better the effect(P<0.05,or P<0.01).The best therapeutic effect was occurred in the mild obesity.The total effective rate was 98.1%.The different syndrome characteristics,gender,disease duration,disease cause and inducing factors had no influence on the therauputic effects.It was concluded that acupuncture combined with tapping and auricular acupuncture treatment for obesity complicated with hyperlipidemia patients with liver qi stagnation and spleen deficiency type had a good ther apeutic effect.
