薛晓红教授对男性浆细胞性乳腺炎的认识及辨治经验

浆细胞性乳腺炎是一种难治性慢性乳腺良性疾病，西医主要通过手术切除配合抗生素治疗；而中医主要推崇中药及外治法治疗，此类女性患者的治法上主要有疏肝清热法、化痰祛瘀法、清化痰湿法、温痰健脾法、疏风健脾法、升阳益胃法等等。近些年来在临床上，女性浆细胞性乳腺炎发病率呈上升趋势，而男性患者较为罕见。另外目前很少有文献提出用中医药治疗男性浆细胞性乳腺炎。患者教授在临床过程运用中医药成功治愈男性浆细胞性乳腺炎患者，其疗效显著，说明中医药治疗男性浆细胞性乳腺炎具有独特优势。

Understanding and Syndrome Differentiation and Treating Experience of Professor Xue Xiaohong in Men Plasma Cell Mastitis

Plasma cell mastitis is a kind of refractory chronic benign breast disease. Western medicine mainly treats with surgical removal and antibiotics. Traditional Chinese medicine recommend treatment is mainly through Chinese herbsand external treatment. For female patients, the treatment methods were dispersing stagnated liver qi and clearing heat, dissolving phlegm and dispelling stasis, clearing and dissolving phlegm dampness, warming dampness and invigoratingspleen, dispelling wind and invigorating spleen, ascending yang and tonifying stomac and etc. Recently, the incidence offemale plasma cell mastitis was on the rise, while male patients were rare. In addition, few literatures suggested thatChinese medicine was used to treat the men plasma cell mastitis at present. Professor Xue Xiaohong used traditional Chinese medicine to cure male success plasma cell mastitis at the process in the clinical, and its curative effect wasdistinct, indicating that traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of male plasma cell mastitis has a unique advantage.
