甘草止咳药效与其数字化颜色测量值的相关性分析

摘    要:目的:通过色度计对甘草的颜色性状测定,对甘草断面颜色特性与甘草质量评价的相关性进行探讨。方法:运用分光光度计测定甘草颜色数字化测量值,并对甘草止咳药效进行评价。将甘草止咳药效与甘草断面颜色数字化测量值进行相关性分析。结果:阳性对照组、杭锦旗野生、玉门野生甘草大剂量组与空白组相比,小鼠咳嗽潜伏期时间延长,2分钟内咳嗽次数降低,与空白对照组比较差异有显著性意义(P < 0.01)。杭锦旗栽培大中小剂量组、玉门栽培大、中剂量组2分钟内咳嗽次数均有不同程度降低,与空白对照组比较存在显著差异。指标值L*、a*和甘草止咳作用之间不存在显著相关,指标值b*和止咳作用之间存在显著相关,b*值越大,药材的感官颜色越黄,甘草止咳效果越好。结论:可以通过颜色数字化信息推断甘草止咳作用的趋势,颜色测量在甘草质量评价中的应用得到了常用质量评价方法的支持。

Abstract:Objective: To measure the color and character of Licorice by colorimeter and to have a discussion on thefeatures of Licorice cross section color and the quality evaluation of Licorice. Method: A spectrophotometer was used tomeasure the digital measurement value of licorice color and evaluate the efficacy of Licorice relieving cough. Thecorrelation between efficacy of Licorice relieving cough and the digital measurement of Licorice cross section color wereanalyzed. Result: Compared with the blank group, positive control group, hangjinqi wild licorice high-dose group, yumen wild licorice high-dose group had remarkable prolonging period of cough, and the number of coughs decreased within 2minutes and it has great significance compared with the blank control (P < 0.01). Compared with the blank group,hangjinqi cultivation high- dose group, hangjinqi medium dose group, hangjinqi cultivation low dose group, yumencultivation high-dose group, yumen wild middle dose group ,the number of coughs decreased within 2 minutes with thestatistically significant difference. There was no significant difference between the index values L *, a * and the licoricecough effect, and there was a significant difference between the index value b * and the licorice cough effect. The b *value got greater, the sensory color of the medicinal material got more yellow, and the effect got more better. Conclusion:The tendency of efficacy of Licorice relieving cough can be predict from the color digitization. The application of colormeasurement in the quality evaluation of licorice has been supported by common quality evaluation methods.
