王素梅治疗多发性抽动症方药配伍的 复杂网络法分析初探

目的:利用复杂网络分析方法,分析王素梅教授治疗多发性抽动症的核心方药。方法:选取王素梅教授治疗多发性抽动症病例102份病历共757诊次,将全部病例录入结构化临床诊疗信息采集系统,转化为可分析的数据,利用复杂网络分析算法和复杂网络分析系统进行中药配伍规律研究。结果:王素梅教授治疗本病的核心方药组,一组为防风、地龙、木瓜、葛根、伸筋草、菊花、谷精草、陈皮、胆南星、半夏等熄风通络、平肝化痰药物,另一组由茯苓、白术、山药组成,具有益气健脾的作用。结论:本法可揭示名老中医的核心经验方药,从而进一步分析专家对本病病机的认识及辨证思路,运用现代科学技术整理总结名老中医经验更具有客观性。

Initial Analysis of Complex Networks on Formulae Compatibility in Tourette Syndrome Treatment of Professor Wang Sumei

This study was aimed to analyze the complex network on the core formulae of Tourettes syndrome (TS) treatment by Professor Wang Sumei. A total of 102 TS cases treated by Professor Wang Sumei's method were selected. The total treatment time was 757. All cases were inputted into the structured clinical diagnosis information acquisition system and transferred into data that can be analyzed. The complex network analysis algorithm and complex network analysis system were adapted to Chinese crude drug compatibility law research. The results showed that the core formulae of Wang Sumei's treatment of TS can be summarized by the complex network method. It is concluded that this law can reveal the core formulae of famous senior TCM doctor. The core formulae contains a group of medicine, which contains Radix Saposhnikoviae, Pheretima, Fructus Chaenomelis, Radix Puerariae Lobatae, Herba Lycopodii, Flos Chrysanthemi, Flos Eriocauli, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, Arisaema cum Bile, and Rhizoma Pinelliae, to extinguish wind, unblock collaterals, calm the liver and remove phlegm. Another combination, which contains Poria, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, and Rhizoma Dioscoreae, is used to boost qi and fortify the spleen. Therefore, experiences of experts on disease pathogenesis of dialectical path can also be analyzed furthermore by modern science and technology. The summarization makes clinical experiences of senior doctors more objective.
