摘    要:生理药代动力学(Physiologically based pharmacokinetic,PBPK)模型是一种基于解剖生理学信息和药物的理化特征,模拟药物在体内各组织器官吸收、分布、代谢、消除过程的数学模型。本文就运用PBPK模型开展的天然药物药动学研究进行综述,从药物相互作用和特殊人群应用方面讨论了PBPK模型的应用与前景,旨在为天然药物的临床前研究和临床使用提供新思路。

Abstract:Physiologically based pharmacokinetic modeling is a kind of mathematics modeling technique that simulates the absorption, distribution, metabolism and elimination of drugs in various tissues and organs in vivo based on physiological and anatomical characteristics and physicochemical properties of drugs. This review summarizes the pharmacokinetic studies of natural medicine components using PBPK model and discusses the application and potential of PBPK modeling from the drug-drug interaction and application in special populations for natural medicine. This paper aims to provide a novel strategy for the preclinical research and clinical use of natural medicine.
