诃子、西青果和毛诃子红外指纹图谱鉴别研究

摘    要:目的:为了快速鉴别诃子、西青果及毛诃子3 种药材,并建立三者的红外指纹图谱。方法:采用傅里叶变换红外光谱法(FTIR)并结合二阶导数谱技术,对诃子、西青果、毛诃子原药材进行鉴定研究。结果:找出3 味药主成分(鞣质)间谱图的变化规律,指出不同药物的相关性和差异性。结论:获得的红外指纹图谱具有良好的重现性,可以快速准确鉴别诃子、西青果、毛诃子。

Abstract:This study was aimed to establish IR fingerprint in order to quickly identify Terminalia Fruit, Fructus Terminaliae Immaturus and Fructus Terminaliae Billericae. The combination of FTIR and second derivative spectroscopy was used in the identification of three original medicinal herbs. The results showed the principal components of three herbs and pointed out their correlation and difference. It was concluded that the IR fingerprint, which obtained excellent reproducibility, can be used to identify three herbs quickly and accurately.
