新疆地区498 例静脉吸毒HIV/AIDS 患者中医证候调查研究

目的：观察HIV/AIDS 患者中医证候特点，探讨HIV/AIDS 患者的病因病机、病性及辨证分型。方法：观察498 例AIDS 患者的症状体征、脉象，采用数码相机拍摄患者舌象，进行统计学分析，分析AIDS患者的证候学特点。结果：498 例患者中症状频次统计由高到低依次为乏力、腰膝酸软、口干、健忘、盗汗、失眠等；证型依次为气虚湿阻、气阴两虚、肝肾阴虚等；舌质颜色统计依次为淡红舌、红舌、淡白舌；脉象统计依次为弦、沉、细、滑、数。结论：静脉吸毒患者中医药治疗可从补益肝肾，益气养阴，健脾和胃着手，为静脉吸毒艾滋病患者建立一套中医治疗方案。

Research on Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes among 498 Intravenous Drug Users with HIV/AIDS in Xinjiang Region

This study was aimed to observe characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndromes of HIV/AIDS patients, in order to investigate the etiology and pathogenesis of HIV/AIDS patients and their disease syndrome types. The observation was made on 498 AIDS cases for their symptoms, body signs and pulse. The digital camera was used in taking pictures of patient's tongue for statistical analysis and the determination of syndrome characteristics of AIDS patients. The results showed that 498 cases of patients with symptoms from high to low frequency were fatigue, soreness and weak of waist and knees, dry mouth, forgetfulness, night sweats, insomnia, and etc. The syndrome types were in the order of qi-deficiency and dampness blockage pattern, qi-yin deficiency pattern, liver-kidney deficiency pattern and etc. The statistical analysis on tongue color was in the order of pale red tongue, red tongue, and pale tongue. The statistical analysis on pulse was in the order of wiry, deep, thin, slippery and rapid. It was concluded that TCM treatment for intravenous drug users can be from tonifying the liver and kidney, benefiting qi and yin, strengthening the spleen and harmonizing the stomach, in order to establish a series of TCM treatment plan for intravenous drug users with HIV/AIDS.
