重楼属植物在少数民族医药中的应用

通过查阅相关资料，整理分析重楼属植物在少数民族的药用情况，为重楼属植物开发利用提供参考。研究表明共有28个少数民族使用重楼属植物，涉及11个物种，该属植物中，民间使用较广泛的物种为七叶一枝花，多叶重楼，滇重楼和狭叶重楼。重楼属植物在民间应用广泛，从主治疾病看，共用于16类疾病的治疗，目前在跌打损伤、蛇虫咬伤、上呼吸道感染引起的咽喉发炎、产后子宫出血等相关领域开发已较成熟。该属植物虽然在胃溃疡、胃炎、抗肿瘤和痈疖脓肿疾病领域临床疗效确切，但相关基础研究和制剂开发仍较薄弱，亟待加强。

Application of Paris (Melanthiaceae) in Chinese Minority Traditional Medicine

To engage a systematic resource exploration and pharmacognostical study on genus of Paris in Chineseminority. We made an investigation and literature for the medicinal history of genus of Paris. The results showed that there are 11 Paris species commonly used by 28 ethnic minorities, and the most widely used species among them is Parispolyphylla var. chinensis (Franch.) Hara, followed by Paris polyphylla Smith, P. polyphylla var. yunnanensis (Franch.)Hand.-Mazz. and P. polyphylla var. stenophylla Franch. In addition, Paris species are mainly used for the treatment of 16kinds of diseases. So far, it is relatively mature in the product development of traumatic injury, snakebite and insect bites,throat inflammation caused by upper respiratory tract infection, postpartum hemorrhage with uterine and other relatedfields. However, the basic research and preparation development were insufficient for the gastric ulcer, gastritis, antitumorand abscess, hence, more attention is needed to strengthen the basic research of this field.
