| 摘 要： | 查阅脊柱结核发病机制、诊断和治疗现状的相关文献，发现并总结新的临床诊治方法。通过检索2005年1月至2017年12月期间的CNKI、万方、维普、Pubmed等数据库相关的文献，整理筛选出代表性强、影响力大、治疗方法新颖的38篇文献，概括总结了脊柱结核的最新临床研究进展。

| Abstract: | Through consulting relevant literature on the pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of spinal tuberculosis, the new clinical diagnosis and treatment methods were found and summarized. By retrieving related literature in CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, and PubMed between January 2005 and December 2017, the representative of strong, large influence, newtreatment methods of 38 articles were retrieved to summarize the latest clinical research progress of spinal tuberculosis. |
