摘    要:目的:通过建立黄芪药材HPLC指纹图谱,评定不同产地黄芪中化学物质的含量特点,为科学评价黄芪的内在质量提供参考。方法:采用RP-HPLC法,梯度洗脱,测定了10批样品,采用聚类分析及相似度的计算对药材进行鉴别,并对方法进行了评价。结果:根据聚类分析结果,将两年生黄芪药材分为3类,建立了黄芪药材的RP-HPLC指纹图谱共有模型,找出了较大的12个共有峰,指认出其中2个峰分别为黄芪甲苷和芒柄花素。结论:本法简便、快捷、重现性好,建立的黄芪指纹图谱相似度好,且区分性强,为黄芪的质量控制及评价提供了依据。

Abstract:This study aimed to establish High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) fingerprint of Shanxi As tragalus to evaluate contents of characteristic components in the materials from different areas and to provide a reference for evaluating the quality of Shanxi Astragalus. Ten batches of Shanxi Astragalus samples were analyzed by RP-HPLC under the gradient elution condition. The clustering analysis and semblance evaluation were performed to iscriminate the samples. The HPLC fingerprint of Shanxi Astragalus was established. Samples of two-year-old Shanxi Astragalus were grouped into three categories. Twelve peaks were found existing in all samples. And two of them were identified as the peaks of astragaloside IV and fermononetin. It is concluded that the method established for the HPLC fingerprint of Shanxi Astragalus had good reproducibility. The established HPLC fingerprint can beused in the quality control of Astragalus.
