温阳健脾汤加减治疗乙肝肝硬化顽固性腹水临床研究

目的：观察温阳健脾汤治疗乙肝肝硬化顽固性腹水临床疗效。方法：选择我院乙肝肝硬化顽固性腹水患者81例，随机分治疗组41例和对照组40例，2组患者均给予抗病毒、保肝抗炎、利尿、补充白蛋白等常规治疗，治疗组再予温阳健脾汤，观察并记录2组患者治疗前后的自觉症状、腹围、尿量，肝功能主要指标及B超主要指标的变化。两组均给药1个月为1个疗程，疗程间休息3至5天，连续3个疗程后评定疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为87.8%，对照组为70.0%，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（P<0.05）；并且治疗组在腹水、尿量、症状、体征及B超指标改善方面均优于对照组，且具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：温阳健脾汤可有效治疗乙肝肝硬化顽固性腹水，为临床的应用提供理论基础。

Clinical Study of Wen-Yang Jian-Pi Decoction in Treatment of Hepatitis B Cirrhosis Patients with Refractory Ascites

This study was aimed to observe the clinical curative effect of Wen- Yang Jian- Pi (WYJP) decoction fortreating hepatitis B cirrhosis patients with refractory ascites. A total of 81 hepatitis B cirrhosis patients with refractoryascites after admission to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 41 patients were in the treatment group and40 were in the control group. Patients in both groups received basic treatment, including antivirus, liver-protective, antiinfectiveand diuretic therapy, as well as albumin supplementation; while the treatment group were additionally given oraltraditional Chinese medicine (TCM) of WYJP decoction at the same time. Changes of subjective symptoms, abdominalcircumference, urine volume, main hepatic function indexes, and main indexes of B- ultrasound before and aftertreatment were measured and compared between two groups. Patients in both groups were treated for 3 one- monththerapeutic courses, with 3 to 5 day-intervals, after which the curative effect was evaluated. The results showed that thetotal effective rate in the treatment group was 87.8%, which was significant higher than that of 70.0% in the control group(P < 0.05). And the treatment group in ascites, urine volume, symptoms, body signs and B ultrasonic improvement werebetter than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). It was concluded that WYJP decoction has
