复方丹参注射液通过肌电引导至新人迎穴治疗吞咽障碍疗效观察

目的：探讨肌电引导下穴位注射治疗卒中后延髓麻痹所致的吞咽障碍的临床观察。方法：将60例脑卒中后延髓麻痹所致的吞咽障碍患者，随机分为实验组与对照组，每组30例。对照组：进行常规治疗、局部低频电刺激和康复训练；实验组在对照组的基础上加用肌电引导下穴位注射疗法。4周为1个疗程，观察2组洼田饮水试验及吞咽能力评定等指标的变化。结果：实验组的治愈率76.67%高于对照组50.00%；实验组的治疗有效率（93.33%）高于对照组（80.00%），P<0.05，具有显著统计学差异。结论：肌电引导下穴位注射治疗吞咽障碍的效果优于对照组，治愈率高，值得临床应用与推广。

Efficacy of Compound Danshen Injection in Treatment of Dysphagia by ElectromyographyGuided on New Renying Point

This study was aimed to investigate the effect of Compound Danshen injection in treatment of dysphagia byelectromyography (EMG) guided on new Renying point caused by bulbar paralysis after stroke. A total of 60 patients withdydphagia caused by cerebral palsy after stroke were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group(30 patients in each group). Patients in the control group were conducted with routine treatment, local low frequencyelectrical stimulation and rehabilitation training. Patients in the experimental group were treated with acupoint injectiontherapy guided by EMG on the basis of treatment of the control group. Four weeks were one treatment course.Observations were made on changes of indexes, such as water swallow test, swallowing ability evaluation, and etc.between two groups. The results showed that the cure rate of the experimental group was 76.67%, which was higher thanthat of the control group (50.00%). The treatment efficiency of the experimental group (93.33%) was higher than that ofthe control group (80.00%), with statistical significance (P < 0.05). It was concluded that clinical effects of EMG guidedinjection on new Renying point in the treatment of dysphagia caused by bulbar paralysis in the experimental group wasbetter than that of the control group. It is worthy widely applied and distributed in clinical practices.
