桑枝提取物对α-葡萄糖苷酶的作用

摘    要:目的:研究桑枝提取物对α-葡萄糖苷酶活性的影响。方法:分别采用水、乙酸乙酯及乙醇对桑枝进行提取,以4-硝基酚-α-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(pNPG)为底物,测定各提取物对α-葡萄糖苷酶活性的作用。结果:桑枝水提取物和桑枝乙醇提取物对α-葡萄糖苷酶活性均具有抑制作用,当提取物浓度为30μg.mL-1时,水提物和醇提物的抑制率分别为51%和56%,而桑枝乙酸乙酯提取物对α-葡萄糖苷酶活性具有增强作用。结论:桑枝的不同药用提取部位对α-葡萄糖苷酶活性具有不同的作用。

Abstract:This study was aimed to evaluate the effect on α-glycosidase by extracts from Ramulus Mori.Extracts were obtained from Ramulus Mori with water,ethyl acetate and ethanol as solvent.Three kinds of extracts were used to test the influence on the activity of α-glycosidase while PNPG as the substrate.The water extract and ethanol extract of Ramulus Mori showed inhibition on α-glycosidase.When the concentration of extract is 30 μg·mL-1,the inhibition rate of water extract and ethanol extract of Ramulus Mori is 51% and 56%,respectively.On the contrary,ethyl acetate of Ramulus Mori showed activation on α-glycosidase.It was concluded that different extracts of Ramulus Mori have different effects on α-glycosidase.
