摘    要:目的:通过对不同产地(西藏、甘肃)与不同生产方式(野生、栽培)的喜马拉雅紫茉莉药材的性状和显微特征进行总结,得到不同产地、不同生产方式喜马拉雅紫茉莉药材的性状、显微特征及其差异性。方法:采集甘肃、西藏产的栽培和野生喜马拉雅紫茉莉样品,对其性状特征、粉末及横切面显微特征进行观察、描述、比较、分析。结果:性状特征差异显著,主要体现在断面颜色、点状环纹、质地以及气味等形态特征上;横切面显微特征差异明显,主要体现在初生木质部、异型维管束、皮层和木栓层上;粉末显微特征差异不明显。结论:在本草考证的基础上,传统的性状鉴定法和药材横切面的显微鉴定法可作为藏药喜马拉雅紫茉莉的鉴别手段。实验结果为喜马拉雅紫茉莉的鉴别提供科学依据,为质量评价、资源保护及合理利用等进一步研究奠定基础。

Abstract:Wild and cultivated Mirabilis himalaica from two different habitats (Tibet and Gansu) were collected and used as research objects in this study. Macro- and microscopic identification were applied to observe, compare and analyze samples, respectively. The results showed that remarkable differences of macroscopic characteristics were found and recorded, especially section color, punctual concentric circles, textures, odor and ETC. Differences in microscopic characters of transection were mainly reflected in phellem layer, dermic layer and ETC. However, differences of microscopic characteristics of powder were not obvious. It was concluded that both methods mentioned above could be utilized in authentication of Mirabilis himalaica. This paper provided experimental records for quality control and rational utilization of resource of Mirabilis himalaica.
