摘    要:目的 基于文献计量学方法,对中药专利研究的发展现状与研究热点进行系统分析,为中药研究和产业高质量发展提供情报支撑。方法 通过中国知网收集整理了近2,0年间中药专利研究论文842篇,采用VOSviewer和CiteSpace软件进行可视化分析。从文献时序分布、空间分布、研究热点与演化趋势等方面,绘制知识图谱,并梳理研究脉络,揭示中药专利研究领域的现状与发展趋势。结果 从文献空间分布来看,842篇文献共涉及334本期刊、1361名作者和419个研究机构;从发展阶段来看,我国中药专利研究领域经历了上升阶段(2000-2005)和平稳阶段(2006-2020);从文献的研究热点与演化趋势来看,对于中药组方的研究贯穿于中药专利研究的整个过程,随着研究的深入,研究主题日趋多样化。结论 有效利用中药专利信息资源可推动中药产业发展,预测中药配伍和用药规律的研究将成为今后研究趋势。

Abstract:Objective To systematically investigate the development status and research hotspots of Chinese medicine patent research based on bibliometric methods, and to provide intelligence support for the high-quality development of Chinese medicine research and industry.Methods Through China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), total 842 papers on patent research of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the past 20 years were collected, and they were visualized and analyzed using VOSviewer and CiteSpace software. In terms of literature chronological distribution, spatial distribution, research hotspots and evolutionary trends, we drew up a knowledge map and sorted out the research lineage to reveal the current situation and development trend in the field of TCM patent research.Results In terms of spatial distribution of literature, the 842 papers involved 334 journals, 1361 authors and 419 research institutions; in terms of development stages, the field of TCM patent research in China had experienced an upward stage (2000-2005), followed with a stable stage (2006-2020). The research on TCM group formulas ran through the whole process of TCM patent research, and the research themes were becoming more and more diversified as the research progresses.Conclusion Effective use of TCM patent information resources can promote the development of TCM industry, and the research on predicting the rules of TCM compounding and medication will become a future research trend.
