| 摘 要： | 冠心病是老年人最常见的疾病之一，本研究充分利用现代医学和现代科技的理论与成果，对提高冠心病的诊疗水平，做好老年人冠心病的防治具有重要的意义。本文参照统一医学语言系统、医学系统命名法?临床术语、中医临床术语集等多个知识系统中的规范化术语及术语间的语义关系，采集与中医养生有关的多种信息来源，梳理面向中医养生的与冠心病相关的语义关系，构建面向中医养生的冠心病知识本体，为老年人对冠心病的防治与保健需求提供知识服务。

| Abstract: | Coronary heart disease is common among the elderly.In this study,taking full advantages of theories and achievements of modern medicine and Sci?Tech will make significant contributions to improving the diagnosis and treatments of coronary artery disease(CAD)and its prevention in the elderly.The knowledge ontology of CAD based on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)was constructed by collecting multiple sources of TCM health preservation related information and sorting out semantic relationships between TCM health preservation and CAD according to the standard terms and semantic relationships among terms in the knowledge system such as Unified Medical Language System,Systematized Nomenclature of Medicine?Clinical Terms and TCM Clinical Terminology was constructed to provide the elder people with knowledge services on CAD prevention and fulfill their healthcare service demands. |
