基于证候动态变化的病毒性肺炎疗效评价方法研究

目的:建立能够同时反映治疗方案干预后的阶段疗效和终点疗效的病毒性肺炎证候疗效评价方法。方法:以多中心、区组随机、平行对照临床试验结果作生存分析,寻找证候疗效产生的拐点,探讨基于起效时间的证候评分方法和疗效分级评价方法。以新方法与基于主症动态变化评价方法对本次临床研究作疗效评价对照。结果:提出了基于证候动态变化的疗效评价方法。且该方法与基于主症动态变化评价方法对本次临床研究疗效评价结果存在正相关关系。结论:基于证候动态变化的病毒性肺炎疗效评价方法,更能全面、准确、客观地反映不同方案治疗病毒性肺炎的证候疗效,能彰显中医药辨证治疗优势,是一种值得推广应用的中医药治疗病毒性肺炎疗效评价方法。
