肺癌患者不同治疗阶段症状群研究现状及进展

目前肺癌患者主要通过手术、放疗、化疗、靶向治疗、免疫治疗等手段进行治疗,在不同的治疗阶段,患者会出现不同类型的症状负担,肺癌患者症状多、负担重,在不同治疗阶段症状表现具有一定的差异。文章对目前国内外肺癌患者在手术治疗后、放射治疗期间、化学治疗期间、同步放化疗阶段、靶向及免疫治疗阶段中,产生的常见症状群研究进行综述,以期对今后的对症用药提供帮助。

Situation and progress: Study on symptom clusters of lung cancer patients at different treatment stages

Patients with Lung cancer receiving a variety of treatment currently including surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy and so on. In different stages of treatment, patients experience multiple co-occurring symptoms and suffer an extremely high symptom burden. We reviewed the common symptom clusters of lung cancer patients during different treatment stages at home and abroad in this article, in order to provide reference for the symptom management.
