基于知识图谱的我国中医四诊研究热点与前沿分析

目的 通过对我国中医四诊文献资料的关联性图谱分析进行可视化,归纳梳理中医四诊领域的研究现状、研究热点和发展趋势。方法 检索1979-2019年时间段内中国期刊全文数据库（China National Knowledge Infrastructure,CNKI）中的文献资料,得到有效的分析研究文献2909篇,运用软件CiteSpace 5.3基于文献计量的方法对文献数据进行处理,对作者、研究机构和关键词进行关联性分析并得到对应知识图谱。结果 通过知识图谱分析,发现有5个团队在该领域有着稳定的合作关系和显著的研究成果;研究成果排名前三的是北京中医药大学、上海中医药大学和山东中医药大学;热点关键词为：舌诊、脉诊、望诊、客观化、辨证论治、冠心病等,是该领域的研究热点。结论 关于中医四诊研究的文献发表量呈现逐年增多的趋势,冠心病、外感病、艾滋病、寒热、糖尿病、慢性胃炎、脾胃病、高血压、肿瘤等慢性病和五脏病一直是中医四诊相关研究的重点。对关键词的关联性进行分析发现,探索研究针对慢性疾病的中医证型分布规律、与临床检验指标的相关性将会受到更多学者的关注。

Hotspots and Fronts Analysis of Four Diagnostic Information of TCMBased on Knowledge Mapping in China

Objective To explore the current research situation, research hotspots and development trend of the four diagnostic information of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) by visualizing and analyzing the literature related to the TCM four diagnostic information.Methods A total of 2909 relevant literatures were retrieved from CNKI between 1979 and 2019. The data files were imported into CiteSpace 5.3 software based on literature measurement. Authors, institutions and keywords were co-located and prayed and knowledge maps were obtained. Result;Through the analysis of knowledge mapping, we found that there were five five teams in the field of stable cooperation and significant research results; the top three research institutions were Beijing University of TCM, Shanghai University of TCM and Shandong University of TCM; the hotspot keywords were tongue diagnosis, pulse diagnosis, inspection, objectification, syndrome differentiation and treatment, coronary heart disease, etc, forming six clusters. Conclusion;The number of literatures on the TCM four diagnostic methods is increasing year by year. Coronary heart disease, exogenous diseases, AIDS, cold and heat, diabetes, chronic gastritis, spleen and stomach diseases, hypertension, tumors and other chronic diseases have been the focus of the TCM four diagnostic methods. Through keyword clustering tags, it is found that more scholars will pay attention to explore the distribution regularity of TCM syndromes of chronic diseases and its correlation with clinical laboratory indicators.
